UK Flight Cost: Air India has introduced higher charges for passengers checking in a second bag on flights to and from Europe and the UK, effective from October 17. The lowest economy fare now includes one checked bag of up to 23 kg, while those wanting to check in two bags must choose a higher fare, with the price difference starting at about Rs 4,000 for a one-way ticket. This change brings Air India's baggage policy in line with major international carriers like Lufthansa and British Airways.
