Madeira, Portugal: Located 1000 miles away from mainland Portugal, this
exotic and beautiful island is one of Europe’s best kept secrets. From abundant
natural beauty to colonial architecture and even a happening nightlife, this
place has it all. The sun is shining about 6 hours a day, but at temperatures
of 18 – 20°C, the weather is perfect for golf, walking, and sightseeing. This
makes it perfect for a winter getaway.

Dubai, UAE: If you want more than a beach in your winter vacation, Dubai
is the place to be. The city of superlatives is filled with towering
skyscrapers, world-class shopping malls and marine-animal parks. Not to forget
the beautiful Jumeirah beach or the IMG Worlds of Adventure indoor amusement
park, Dubai has everything you could ever ask for. Indulge in a luxurious meal
in Burj Khalifa (the world’s tallest skyscraper), take a boat ride along the
Dubai Creek, or simply soak in the pleasant sun while you embark on a desert
safari. With limitless food on offer from cuisines all around the world and the
hottest nightlife around, Dubai is surely the place to be this winter.

Cyprus: Located in the eastern Mediterranean Sea, this quaint country
has the best winter weather Europe has to offer. Take a sun-soaked break in
this island country and light up your winter with history and mouth-watering
food. There has been a significant Greek and Turkish influence on Cyprus’ culture,
so expect a lot of variety in the ancient ruins all around the city. Or simply
walk around the country’s capital, Nicosia to explore the museums and

Equator, so you can be assured of tropical weather all the year round. Head to
the Barbados beaches in December or January when it is comparatively drier and

seafood and Bajan dishes fusing cuisine from the West Indies, Europe, Africa
and the Caribbean. However, Barbados has much more to offer than just sandy
beaches, surfing and food. Spend some quality time with nature as you swim with

Florida, USA: One of the few destinations in USA that enjoys beautiful
winter weather, Florida stays nice and warm for most of the winter. While we
can guarantee you will end up spending most of the day on the beach, do visit
the Universal Studios Orlando for its Titanic theme and Walt Disney World while
you are here. Or you could just head to the Everglades national park and enjoy
some time viewing the wildlife.
